Corporate bank account assistance in the UAE
A UAE trade licence does not automatically guarantee a corporate bank account. Banks conduct their own KYC, compliance and commercial reviews, and requirements vary by bank, activity, shareholder profile and expected transactions.
How TTM Corporate supports the application
- Reviewing the company and shareholder documents before submission
- Preparing a banking-ready document pack
- Helping explain the business model, counterparties and expected transaction profile
- Coordinating application steps and follow-up requests
- Helping identify missing documents before they delay onboarding
What banks commonly assess
Banks may review the business activity, source of funds, shareholder background, residency, contracts or invoices, expected turnover, countries of operation and the economic substance of the UAE company. Approval remains entirely at the bank’s discretion.
Improve banking readiness from the start
If you have not incorporated yet, banking expectations should be considered during company formation planning, not after the licence is issued.
